A lot of our members have mesmerized me with what they have been doing about there mold problem… but this one took the cake…
Gretchen was in a jam, BIG ONE!
So she purchased a home, then came to find it had some water issues that were softening up the dry wall.
Now we all know, if we leave mold sitting it can only get worse.
Gretchen knew this, but just like me….
Man this mold stuff is nothing to mess around with. And let’s be honest, I sure heck did not know where to start when I first started, so I really don’t expect Gretchen to either.
But boy… was I wrong.
She was put over the edge, she literally had a couple of contractors come in to give her a quote.
Quotes her like, $5,000 to fix her bathroom wall.
Oh yeah, so before I forget, she had a leak that was from the sink. It had migrated to the drywall.
She noticed it to be a problem, because the wall had some little dusty spots on the surface.
Now, this is where Gretchen really took my mini-course and be-dazzled me and probably the contractors.
If anything, she did save $5,000 dollars and probably her home.
Here Comes The Red Flag…
When Gretchen, watched over the contractors, she noticed they only looked at the location with the mold spots …the drywall…
Sure… this sounds pretty logical look at what is right in front of our faces.
Yes… but Gretchen has graduated up from the mini-course to some-what of a mold master. A contractor controller….. if you may.
You know someone that literally is making the contractor know
she or he means business and not get taken advantage.
Okay, so Gretchen knew from the Free mini-course to be sure to look for the source…
Well, you know what….
She found the source of the problem and all while the contractor’s were trying to write up some quotes to know down that wall….
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT:
What Gretchen did was not only save $5,000 dollars but, most likely a lot more.
You know why….
Because what happens when a contractor opens up your walls….
Well, assuming he is following the same protocols I teach….
More than likely the contractor will find the mold and mildew. Then because the inspection was not thorough have to expand the scope of work.
This is how a $5,000 bill turns into a $10,000 bill.
Yeah, the price gets bumped up 50% and it is done right in the middle of the project so you really have 2 choices…
1.) Either pay the additional $5,000
or
2.) Stop project entirely… and have an open wall exposing mold in your home.
Safe to say, Gretchen found the source of the problem from the mini-course and I am really proud of her mold master skills and being a contractor controller…
This literally saved her thousands…
And in fact, she opted to purchase my official mold course, which is closed right now.
This allowed her to do the project entirely herself. Using the right equipment and procedures.
Great work Gretchen….
Go ahead leave any questions or comments, you may have regarding your mold problem, I will see if I can get it answered during the next tele-seminar…
