In my usuall seminars and course, I had so much content it took everyone months to get through it. So what I am trying to do is give you what you need. I know there is a mold problem, and from the response of the group I would like to give personal advice to each and every one of you… who needs help.

I have discovered mold on the floor joists of my home from a previous water problem that has now been repaired. How do I get rid of it? We removed all the carpet and put down hardwood floors. No mold was present inside home.

I took the mold remediation course and it was great! I think some videos on showing the process would be very nice touch to the course.
There is mold in the ground under my house that cannot be controlled. I have $ks in inspections but no one can find it. Have replaced floors and subfloors and put down clean space under house and up stemwall. It is still with me and is cylical. Comes at a specific time of the day or 1 day after the bottom of the house is disturbed. Got any ideas? Bottom plate has been treated with sporciden also.
